Summer 1999 Issue

The Summer 1999 feature article is “Faces 1999”. This ever popular photo essay gives readers a look at the different artist and antique Bear faces, with a challenge to identify them. There are 102 entries from all over the world. Our cover art is the talent of California artist, Tracey Roe. Can you identify the faces on the cover?
