Theodore B. Bear looks at the artistry of R.F. Outcault and Clifford Berryman. Berryman drew the famous cartoon showing Roosevelt refusing to shoot a Bear cub. Outcault not only was the artist behind the creation of Buster Brown, but also was known for Buddy Tucker and Billy the Bear.
