Fall 2001 Issue

“Down on the Farm” is the main feature for the Fall issue. Thirty-six photos of artist and antique farm Teddies and animals grace these beautifully laid out pages.

“Teddy Bears - One Hundred Years of Companionship” continues with the Great Depression years of 1930-1939. Learn what Teddies comforted children and adults during these tough times. Many rare and unusual antique Teddies are included.

“Teddy Thru the Pages” is a super feature on vintage and antique Teddy Bear books. From 1906 to 1950. Enjoy this first installment with more to be offered in later issues.

Artists profiled in this issue include: Armella Dana, Pam Pontious, and Canadian artist, Cath Wood.

The Bear Sleuth goes grocery shopping, gets sidetracked, and comes home with a Steiff sleeping panda.
